Location Rules

• Food, beverages, and alcohol welcome. Guests responsible for setup and strike during rented hours. The loft is on the building's fourth floor with stairway access only - no elevator. Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking, and placed in the outdoor dumpster. Property Rules: - There is no smoking inside the building or outside, including the parking lot, no exceptions. - No minors may be present without adult supervision. - We kindly ask that guests stay within designated rental areas at all times. - Guests are asked to keep noise levels to a minimum outside and in the parking lot area as there are residents nearby. - The stairway is to be kept clear at all times - It is prohibitive to bring any hazardous or illegal materials onsite. - The renter is responsible for any and all damages incurred during rental. Cleaning Policy We are firm believers in leaving a space as you found it. Therefore, all renters are required to complete their own set-up and clean-up. It will be your responsibility to clean up completely, including sweeping the floor, disposing of all trash, and removing any items brought with you when you depart. If you need extra help with clean-up, please let us know. Insurance Requirements All production is required to carry production insurance commensurate with the size of production. Certificates will be required prior to start of production. Permit Requirements All production must obtain the required permits for filming Notifications All production must administer neighborhood notifications of filming as required by the city of Los Angeles prior to start of production Not permitted: Parties of any kind Loud music & noise Smoking Large film crews (commercial grip trucks and heavy equipment)
