Whether you're planning a film shoot, commercial production, pop-up event, or creative activation, this warehouse offers the space, functionality, and accessibility to bring your PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR RENTAL. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your start time and you do not communicate with me prior to that, I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LOCK UP AND LEAVE. Rental would not be refundable in this situation. Your rental starts at the reserved time not when you arrive. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR GOING LONG WE CHARGE $30 PER HALF HOUR OF STANDBY TIME WHILE WE WAIT FOR YOU. If you let us know early, WE WILL HAPPILY WORK WITH YOU. The studio must be returned to the condition it was delivered. No to all of the following: Fire, Burning, SFX, Painting, Rigging on set, Drilling into set, Taking apart or modifying any part of the set in any way, without written permission. The loft is off limits. No real firearms are permitted on the premises. All replica firearms must be declared and shown upon arrival. You assume all responsibility for damage to property or injury to persons occurring during your use of this space from any and all claims, liabilities, and legal actions, including but not limited to damages from negligence, equipment use, or accident. By using this space, you agree that you will not use this space for any activity that may be deemed obnoxious or offensive by reason of emission of odor, dust, smoke, noise, gas, fumes, cinders, vibration, refuse matter, or water-carried waste.
