Our space is over 5000 square feet of raw space featuring clean white walls, high ceilings, hardwood floors and iconic NYC over-sized windows. Studio (second level) - 900 sq ft Office / Lounge (second level) - 500 sq ft Storefront (street level) - 2500 sq ft For your convenience we offer hourly / daily discount rates for each space. The open space allows plenty of natural light, creating a beautiful atmosphere that can be dressed to accommodate a wide range of events and activities. Our space is a blank canvas for your imagination perfect for off-site uses, workshops, pop-ups, photoshoots, film projects, corporate trainings, planning, team building, and more!
