Calling all Actors, Musicians, Dancers, Photographers, Movie Makers, Yoga Teachers, Personal Trainers & Group Fitness Instructors! Our studio is a newly renovated 5000 square foot state of the art facility, which can be rented out as a whole space or by individual studios. It has 20’ ceilings with two floors of windows bringing in natural light; Retractable floor to ceiling doors in studio 8; reception area, kitchen with sink, microwave and full fridge; 2 bathrooms with 2 stalls in each plus a 3rd handicapped bathroom, 31/2” sprung wooden floors in all studios, marley floor available; full length mirrors; portable barres; air conditioning, Wifi and sound systems in every studio. It is a perfect space for acting or dance rehearsals, workshops, personal training, yoga, fitness, zumba classes, teacher training, meetings, congregations, weddings and events. Studio 8 approx. 30x50 sq. ft. Can accommodate 100 people. $60 per hour. Prices differ for events Studio 7 approx. 24x26 sq. ft. Can accommodate 30 people. $45 per hour Studio 5 approx. 23x32 sq. ft. Can accommodate 30 people. $45 per hour Studio 6 approx. 17x22 sq. ft. Can accommodate 15 people. $35 per hour Full day rate for Studio 6 (8.5 hours): $298/day Pricing below is an example of the rental for studio 6. Available: 7 day a week from 5AM-until late

This was a great rental - beautiful space to work and play in. Anita was a great hostess and made sure that we had everything we needed. There was a situation with another renter who was coming in after our rental time (9-6pm) on one of the nights, and wanted to go into our space before their rental time was set to begin (they wanted in at 5:30). They were disrespectful to us and our members, however Anita and her team handled it very professionally and we were very pleased with the outcome. I will definitely be renting here again!
