5000 sq ft 16 UNIQUE SET STUDIO 10000 sq ft ROOFTOP PARKING SITUATION: The Parking Lot Is Located by the same building ( $10.00 Parking all day). As well as meter street parking on the same street. - THE ROOFTOP ABOVE THE SPACE SO IT DOES GET BOOKED AS A SEPARATE SPACE. - BATHROOMS ARE SHARED WE DO NOT OWN THEM THE ARE USED BY MULTIPLE SPACES IN THE BUILDING - THE ELEVATOR IS A FREIGHT ELEVATOR TO USE IT YOU MUST MAKE SURE ALL THE DOOR ARE CLOSED ( IF IT DOESN'T COME DOWN IT MEANS THE DOORS ARE OPEN ON THE 3RD OR 2ND FLOOR AND THEY MUST BE CLOSED FOR IT TO MOVE) THE SETS: - WAX UNIVERSITY - FULL METAL JACKET ROOM - ALL WHITE CYC ( ADD ON) - GRAFFITI TUNNEL - DINER - JEFFERY MANOR TUNNEL - LIGHT TUNNEL - TRAP HOUSE SET - LED CUBE - PINK/BLUE LOUNGE - YELLOW/GREEN LOUNGE - ORANGE TUNNEL - ELECTRIC CHAIR TUNNEL - SPACESHIP SET WE DO ALLOW FOR RESCHEDULING AS LONG AS A FEE IS PAID! RESCHEDULING FEE $100.00 LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULING FEE: $150.00 Any last minute booking fees and changing time/day off will pay an additional fee. Due to change of host schedule and possible bookings that could have been at your time and day. We Also Require That There’s At Least A Week In Advanced To Reschedule Or you’d have to pay the last minute fee. OVERTIME FEE: 1.5x the price Your booking is your set up and clean up time. Please make sure you are out by the end of your booking to avoid any additional fees. ELEVATOR: Our building elevator is open 24HRS (THE IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE let the host know before hand so they can help!) TIME: If you book our space please arrive a little bit earlier due to parking situation (although you can park in the lot for $10). EXTRA FEE CHARGES: Altering Sets Fee: $150.00 Includes: -Rearranging Sets -Ruined Sets -Ruined Lights -Ruined Equipment Last minute rescheduling fee: $150.00 Pet Fee: $100.00 PAINTING CYC WALL IS A $500.00 FEE NO SMOKING ( FEE FOR SMOKING DESPITE THE RULES IS $100.00 ) NO ALCOHOL ( THE FEE FOR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION DESPITE THE RULES IS $100.00 ) The space is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week with a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking includes full use of every section within our walls, including all essentials unless if you booked specific set.

Great to work with, and very accommodating. It was quite the experience working in almost all the sets, including the rooftop. Definitely worth the price for what you get. They have lots of ad-ons that can be used to enhance the shoot as well. The owner was very nice and very communicative. My crew and I had a great time! :)
