Nestled in the bucolic Hudson River Valley is our 150 year old Victorian Italianate Farmhouse surrounded on two sides by apple orchards. The architecture and aesthetic beauty of the homestead offers the perfect backdrop to your creative endeavor or event. This listing includes the entire first floor of the house featuring 10' ceilings, hardwood floors, original moldings, large windows, and a 250 square food commercial kitchen. Also included in this listing are 2 wide acres of lawn, gardens, a blue stone patio with upper lawn for a 20 x 10 tent, a small cottage (used for wine tasting and a pop up store in previous events) and the beauty of a one story barn. This space is perfect for photo shoots, small gatherings, pop ups, creative workshops, corporate retreats, and get out of the city getaways. Our homestead is a 20 minute drive from the Metro North/Amtrack train line, the NYS Thruway, and Stewart Airport. A host is available on premises to assist you. Catering is available for an additional charge.
