Situated in Venice, California. 5 Blocks from Venice beach and in the heart of Venice near the famous Abbott Kinney Blvd. It is a magical, enchanted space and a wildlife sanctuary with a very relaxing, rejuvenating atmosphere. Hold your event outside - Ideal garden space for seating up to 16 people. Tables for 16 people & silverware can be arranged for a small price. There is a wonderful romantic log burning fire pit and water fountain feature in the garden. Or Inside - The contemporary modern house is a 2 story house with a full bathroom. The house seats up to 16 in a group setting with beautiful lush gardens to relax in between times. Or a combination of both. Discounts available for garden use only! There is a kitchen to prep the food if self catering is needed. For breakfast and lunch, restaurants and shops on Abbott Kinney are only 2 blocks away.
