We have a variety of spaces available for rent: Catalina Wine Mixer (Boardroom) capacity: 6 rate: $50/hr The Wexford Suite (Boardroom) capacity: 9 rate: $50/hr The Batcave (Private space) capacity: 20 rate: $75/hr The Greenhouse (Open concept space) capacity: 30 rate: $125/hr Large open space capacity: 300 Rate: $195/hr Our bright beautiful space features high ceilings, sky lights boasting natural lighting and an abundance of plants. Our rentals include: parking, fast secure wi-fi, white boards, markers, monitors w/ USB plug ins. We also offer membership rates to use the space as an office space complete with mailing address, printing/scanning, mail service.

    It is an amazing work space. The offices are great and nicely appointed. I really liked how the staff was so helpful and cooperative. Highly recommended!
