This 1,300 sq.ft. ranch house is ideal for entertaining complete with a front porch, fenced backyard, bbq, and fire pit. There are also multiple hammocks on the property, some are shaded and others are the best for viewing the canopy of stars. Retreats and weddings welcome as there is another house, yurt & trailer on site. THE SPACE The property sits on 12 acres with a 1300 SF 3 bedroom/2 bath house, 1 acre horse arena, stables, tack room, coral, one trailer (Leased separately) -FIREPLACE Get cozy by a warm wood fire in the living room. The rear of the house is fenced with a dog house for shade. Please pick up after your animals at check out. Pets are NOT allowed in Joshua Tree Park. • LAYOUT Master Bedroom has King Size Bed, large closet, and ensuite bathroom with spa tub and separate shower. 2nd Bedroom has King size bed and large closet 3rd Bedroom has a bunkbed 2nd and third bedroom share hallway bathroom (Shower/Tub) HAPPY TRAILS! GUEST ACCESS You can walk the entire 12 acre property which is from the road to the toe of the slope in the rear. There is a yurt in front of property and two homes in the middle of the property and a tee pee in the back. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the entire property.
