The 11th Floor Studio is 4,500 sq ft with dark, hardwood floors, and features a fireplace flanked by tall bookcases, a long brick wall, and a fully functional industrial kitchen. The studio comes fully furnished with a variety of living room furniture and props. Available to rent along with any of our other studios: - Penthouse Studio - 10th Floor Studio - Roof Deck We have been a New York institution for almost 25 years. Located in Manhattan, we have three indoor loft spaces and a roof deck with a gorgeous view of the Empire State Building and other midtown landmarks. All of our studios come fully furnished with a variety of decorated home environments. Please note that the published rate and minimum # of hours to book are flexible and it depends on the type of event, days of the week, timings & number of guests. So, it would be best to enquire if you are interested. The venue may have a separate cancellation policy. For further information, please ask the Event Manager.
