This studio is PHENOMENAL-I swear the pictures don’t even do it justice!!! Fantastic sets, high ceilings, lots of room to work and an incredible whiteout photography cove, this warehouse has it all!! Most of all, the studio was clean, easy to access, ample parking on site and run by an incredibly communicative and welcoming owner. Absolutely stellar experience all around 🙌🏽🎉

Neon/Bright Royal Film studio available For rent. An amazing space for Video and photo productions, with our in house Prop Car and variety of sets. we offer different sets and props with in our 2200 sqf facility, and various add ons accordingly. Explicit content and violence related material is not accepted as we share the space with a kids dance school. If you are inquiring about a music video related to this genre please kindly ask you to send us a link to your production company's work and artist social media. AMENITIES: 20ft high ceilings. 10+ camera ready corners. 20+ movable props. Pac man arcade & Nintendo to play during shooting breaks ;) Every light in the studio can be manipulated by a google home at the centre of the studio. A comfy sitting area as well as a make up area. Garage door for prop load in/vehicles entrance. (A bed truck is required at renter's expense)

Great and versatile space, a lot you can shoot here as a photographer & filmmaker. The neon lighting & grungy atmosphere makes for great scenes. Juan was also a great host, and helped us every step of the way.
