We are a filmmaker-operated creative studio offering a controlled, affordable production space for independent creators, photographers, videographers, actors, and small production teams in Montréal. This 1,100 sq. ft. studio features a professional green screen cyclorama, dedicated sound recording booth, flexible shooting space, client check-in area, lounge space, and kitchen access. Designed for creators using their own production equipment, the studio provides a practical environment for efficient shoots, recording sessions, and content creation. Unless specifically listed as included, clients are expected to supply everything required for their production: Production Equipment • Cameras • Lenses • Tripods • Audio interfaces and recorders • Recording devices • Media cards • Laptops • Cables and accessories • Any additional production equipment required for the shoot Food & Personal Items • Meals, snacks, and any specialty beverages • Any personal items required during your booking INCLUDED WITH THE STUDIO Production • Green cyclorama • Dedicated sound booth with Lewitt LCT 240 PRO microphone • 2 Neewer LED lights with stands • Guest Wi-Fi • 19-inch HDMI monitor for reviewing footage or presentations Kitchen Amenities • Coffee (drip coffee) • Selection of teas • Chilled drinking water • Microwave • Paper coffee cups with lids • Drinking cups • Paper plates • Wooden cutlery • Napkins • Designated refrigerator space for guest food CAPACITY Maximum occupancy is 5 people, including crew and talent. This limit helps maintain a comfortable working environment and keeps noise to a respectful level within the building. The studio is best suited for solo creators, small teams, and compact productions. BOOKING INFORMATION Appointments only. Availability varies based on studio schedule and owner availability. All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Sessions are available between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on booking days. All bookings end promptly at 6:00 PM. SECURITY DEPOSIT A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. It is processed through Giggster and refunded after the booking if no damages or overages are reported.
