This cheery studio/loft is perfect for pop ups, readings, screenings, photoshoots/film shoots, yoga, dance, play, rehearsals, sound bath—all around versatile event venue. Also an ideal environment for offsite business and production meetings. Built in the 1920’s with lots of history and charm, this property, with high loft ceilings and original exposed brick wall, used to be the lobby of the apartment building next door before it was renovated and turned into a separate space. Now dedicated to the arts, (hence the name on the marquee) the studio has been modernized with central air, private bathroom, and a lovely private zen garden. There are no pillars to obstruct wide, long, or tracking shots.
