First Location Studio is located in Dallas. The film studio is a pre-lit 30' x 30' soundstage with a cyc wall for that perfect infinity white look. The sound proof studio is also acoustically treated with silent air conditioning to capture perfectly crisp dialog. Just because we're close to the airport doesn't mean you'll ever notice once you're inside. The studio and sound stage is ideal for films and video shoots including interviews, stand-ups, and commercials. We've also hosted our fair share of professional photoshoots. This booking also includes a dedicated Hair and Makeup Studio as well as a 10-person conference table setup for Video Village with a hardwired feed directly from the studio. Facilities also include internet with speed of 200/35. For photography, feel free to use any part of the common space. With abundant natural light, this "Texas Chic" lounge might just give you the perfect twang you're looking for! If the weather's nice, put the outdoor courtyard to good use. Additionally, this studio has several add-ons available to meet your production needs including: green screen, 1-ton lighting package, optional fresh paint, seamless paper rolls, turn-key production services, and more. Hair, make-up, prep, load-in and load-out time is all part of your booked time. Early access is not available, and any overtime will be billed as extra.
