At the brewing, we further this transformation to produce refreshing yet complex & challenging beers from unique ingredients & processes. As we reach beyond traditional combinations of water, malted grain, hops & yeast, we are unapologetically proud to say that we brew extraordinary small batch beers meant to be thoughtfully enjoyed. Pair one of our brews with a meal as thoughtfully prepared & served in our taproom. Our chef comes to us with over 20 years of culinary experience. His house menu offerings are simple & delicious.
