If you're bringing things into the studio there is a bay door to back a truck into and unload. With over 8,000 square feet to build sets and set up a video village. Accommodations for make-up artists to get your talent ready to shoot in the most professional possible setting. This studio has been used for everything from NBC and ABC News interviews, to movie productions, to fashion shoots, to major corporation's brand advertisements, events, weddings, galas, to independent projects. We love hosting special events in our unique warehouse space. You can transform the venue into the space of your dreams! This studio provides the ideal environment to create your next media project or host your next event. Ground floor access and bay doors for easier access and load in. Pet friendly. Air conditioning and restroom included! Close to Downtown and FLL airport. We highly recommend come seeing the venue before booking to make sure it's exactly what you're looking for! Audio and video equipment not included but can be added for an additional fee. A Certification of Insurance form with required insurances will be needed 72 hours in advance and will need to fill out our credit card authorization form 24 hours before rental date. Additional fees may apply for additional requests and add-ons or any extra time needed. Overnight storage or early load-in not included, but may be added for an additional fee.
