This was a great location for our small commercial shoot. Maria was very helpful and hospitable to all of our requests. We filmed in the front driveway of the house, so street noise was a bit of an issue (ITC is advisable if your budget allows/schedule is tight), but otherwise it was a seamless day.

This space has some history to it and it was perfect for our set build and shoot. Not only was the staff super friendly and accommodating to our evolving needs they made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of for the few days that we needed it for our production. The best part of the location is its’ location you are surrounded by many businesses and resources key to making a production a success and with the next door camera boutique you can pop in if you need any rare vintage lens or an extra cable. I will definitely be back to book for may next in studio produciton.

Thank you both. Great place and will be back when in LA. It offers so many looks for interviews. There is a lot of generosity from the owners and lots of added value. Sound is an issue, and at certain times, the flight path just killed us. The interviews we did were not so intense, so we could roll with it.
