Karina is an excellent host with an awesome property to film at. The production team really liked Karina and her family, we enjoyed spending time with Karina while on set. This host was very accommodating and was a breeze to work with. For those filming please make sure you have a permit (City of Chamblee) to film even though it is on private property, the only problems we had were from two neighbors not pleased about filming or parking. Other than that this was one of our best film locations.

What a beautiful space with thoughtful touches and a high attention to detail. I booked the space for a branding shoot with my favourite photographer, it had everything we needed to setup and shoot with style, Natasha made it very easy. The hosts’ warm personality is a huge bonus. She made sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed.
