My fiancée and I booked Margie’s space for our engagement party and we’re so thankful we found her. Throughout the entire process Margie made us feel very well taken care of and accommodated for. It felt very easy to ask any questions and we were grateful that she was very responsive and quick to answer us, especially when we’re working within a short time frame. It felt like Margie was open and flexible to collaborate with us, in order to help bring our vision to life. Before booking the space, we toured it to see if it fit our needs, and were blown away! The backyard is absolutely gorgeous - it was full of colorful flowers, wooden furnishing, and was extremely spacious. We had around 60 guests and it was definitely enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. Margie was really helpful when it came to receiving the rentals. We couldn’t be at the space during the drop-off of rental tables, chairs, etc., but Margie made sure that she could be home to receive everything smoothly. If there was one complaint that I have, it would be that there was only 1 bathroom to share with all of our guests Thank you so much Margie!

Amazing place, was the perfect size I needed to propose to my now fiancee. Very open and clean space with lots of props for us to make the pictures more whole. Would definitely recommend for get togethers even. We used the space for about 11 people and it worked out amazing

The lounge was reserved. Both Mark and the team on-site were communicative and shared the exact details of how everything is going to happen. The venue was empty of residents, they put up the reserved sign. It's perfectly out of the way for the residents, so there's no random by-passers or anyone at all. It is spacious enough for 30 people, and has microwave + fridge + room for people to sit at. The pool is also available! The only thing is you'll have to find where to park downtown, as they don't really have that many visitor spots. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of the venue and would definitely book it again in case I need plenty of space for a large party.

What an AMAZING experience! I was looking for a space to host a small engagement party, and this venue exceeded expectations. The space was aesthetically beautiful with great lighting and was very clean. Jen provided nearly everything we needed, such as tables, bar tables, and even backdrops for photos. She also helped us set up and break down! What a great host. We had so much fun all night taking great photos. About the building: access was super easy with a parking garage and 2 hours free parking. Cleanup was even easier as we disposed of everything in the dumpster. I already booked some time to come back and take more pictures! Great for personal events, celebrations, work events!
