Place was beautiful. The host helped us with anything we needed. There’s WiFi and also there was a few industry fans and the sets were exactly how they looked online. Everything is on the first floor so loading was easy. I will recommend this location to anyone.

Jim was excellent to work with, he worked with us and our budget to throw a large event. He truly went above and beyond to help put on our wedding. Guests absolutely raved about the space, because its gorgeous! There are lots of plants, lounge furniture like couches, armchairs, side tables, etc, a bar, and lots of lighting and sound equipment. He also had tons tables, chairs, and tablecloths for dinner. I’m sure he has plenty of what you need or can help you find it for a great price. Highly recommend working with Jim, he was like an auxiliary event planner and full-on producer, he knows his space so make sure you work with him to put on your vision for an event or production.

The home is spacious and beautiful, exactly what we needed for our documentary shoot. Excellent driveway for parking, extremely quiet neighborhood. And the host Maria was absolutely delightful and so helpful throughout our whole shoot. We're very grateful for the experience and we'll definitely be back in the future.
