This home has a beautiful courtyard and outdoor seating area that made socially distant, outdoor meals and craft services a breeze. Load in and load out was made easy through the garage, which feeds directly into this courtyard. Our photo shoot took place in the front and back yards (exteriors only), and we were given access to a guest house for client / hair & makeup / wardrobe holding. The homeowner was helpful in fulfilling requests as they arose during production. Overall, this was a good location for a small-to-medium size cast & crew and was a great fit for our photo shoot.

AMAZING location! Cocoon is extremely photogenic and there are tons of cool spots on the property. Lisa was so accommodating and lovely. We had an awesome shoot. highly recommend.
