Light, simple studio space on ground floor. Plain walls with art hanging system available if needed. Large windows providing light. Concrete ceiling with exposed beams. Uplighting strips, overhead ceiling lights and corner spotlights all available. Access to ground floor toilets (2) and upstairs toilets, office and kitchen if needed. This space has an adjacent kitchenette with sink and kettle if needed. Folding 6ft tables and chairs can be provided if needed for meetings. Yoga and meditation equipment also available in room. Light, bright and on the ground floor for easy accessKat - in a central location with good parking and access to public transport, as well as a good WiFi. Booking is easy and everyone is friendly and approachable. What more could you want from a room hire?

I currently hire The Sunflower room on a weekly basis to host my baby massage and baby yoga session. It couldn’t be anymore perfect for my needs. Ground floor, spacious, light and also well heated. Claire and the team at Maitri Studio couldn’t be anymore helpful. I highly recommend The Sunflower room and Maitri Studio.

I host Nia dance classes out of the Sunflower room at Maitri (8 participants fit comfortably) and it is a wonderful space - clean, hygenic, well ventilated, warm with a sink in the anteroom and a downstairs toilet in the hallway. Maitri itself is both a welcoming and functional studio. Highly recommend.
