This home was perfect for our needs. It was beautiful to capture on camera, plenty of space for our team to setup and film and be able to maneuver the camera as needed. Darren was a lovely host and made sure to answer all our questions and see that we had everything we needed. The only quirk was the few AirBnb guests staying there who didn't know a film crew was taking over the living room/kitchen/balcony for the day. They were friendly and we were able to work around them but I did feel bad asking them to vacate the balcony during sunset so we could get our final shot. Overall it was a beautiful home to film in and if we needed a location like this again I would certainly return here. Note: This is a FilmLA permit jurisdiction so what that meant was that we couldn't park cast and crew cars on the area streets but that wasn't too big of an issue as there was a public parking lot just at the bottom of the hill for $10/day so we shuttled people.

Reagan and his girlfriend were great hosts and very accommodating. Pictures of the house are accurate, and there is plenty of parking. If you are looking for a small bungalow that seems livable for people in their 20s, this is a great location!
