Richard's space is a perfect space for photography or video. I personally conducted video interviews in the space which worked out perfect with great light and extra amenities such as light stands and clamps were available. Richard was also a great communicator and very respectful to our filming process, would gladly go back to Richard's space for future use.

Brain was in constant communication and when i had a question he got right back at me. Place was nice and clean and pretty much as described. It was set up for us which was nice so we didn't have as much to do when we arrived. We used the fridge and the microwave. I highly recommend Brain and his place, it was overall a very positive experience!
