Wonderful space, but highly recommend a walk-thru - some of the hallways are tight which is standard in mid-century homes. House manager and owner are wonderful, easy to work with. Plenty of parking. If it made sense to do so, we'd absolutely shoot here again.

The Studio Loft Brick and Beam Dream is a beautiful place, one of the best venues I have seen so far, really cozy, clean and with an awesome decoration. Matt was an excellent host, he helped us with all details and everything we needed. And the communication is very fast. All my guests had a great time there, they loved the place too! I highly recommend Matt's venue. I want to have another event there for sure :)

Quaint, nostalgic space located in Chinatown district of Vancouver (Strathcona). Redia was a nice lady to work with. Communication on very limited parking and amenities should be noted though. We were at the location for the full day, a microwave (for the kitchen) and soap (for the washroom) would also be suggested. If these few issues are addressed going forward, I would rent this space again. Other than that, it was great!
