Wow, can't say enough good things for Donna, her team, and the space! I had quite a few questions and also came to see the venue a couple times before and after booking and Donna was always quick with getting back to me and so accommodating. They were very flexible with how we used the space and allowed us to borrow a ladder which was super helpful. We had an event of 50 guests and they all remarked how great of a space it was. Super convenient that the kitchenette is right there as well as the bathroom. We had the room booked for 12 hours and the whole team were quite the troopers staying until 1am for us! I would definitely recommend this space to others and we are so glad to have found it.

Dylan and his space is a 15/10. Dylan is fair, accommodating, efficient and most importantly - kind. It was such a pleasure having access to his space for our event and more so than anything, he was so helpful with set up and running the event. Many guests not only complimented the space but also him as a person. Whenever there was a sound of broken glass, he was there in flash with a broom to help with clean up. I would recommend that if you have a lot of moving parts/load in, to plan well in advance and keep him looped in with everything. Him and his space are quite booked up and it would really help all people involved to be organized with set up. Go Dylan!

This was a great space to hold an art fundraiser. There was tons of room and it was nice to have a fridge in the back to store extra food and drinks. There was also a sound system but the speakers are a bit big for the area so we just used a smaller boom box and it worked perfectly. Yes the area is not the best but we had no problems with people. One thing to note is that the bathroom area is not the cleanest but it is also not directly in the studio, you need to walk out the back door to get to it, but other then that the area was clean and ready to go. There are tons of tables, chairs, stands, etc which gives you lots of options for how you want to set up the space. Will definitely be renting again for future art events, birthdays, etc :)

Donna is such a pleasure to work with, and she really ensured that I had everything I needed. She is attentive, mindful and really cared about the success of my event. She even helped spread the word via social media! The space is perfect, large enough for a decent crowd, yet intimate enough to spread a message. Perfect for my work as a life coach.
