A West Berkeley colorful Victorian house with a large backyard. We remodelled in when we moved in and created an open plan kitchen with easy flow access to our loft/creative space.The loft space has three huge south facing windows that add a lot of natural light. The house has three bedrooms, a TV sitting room, a dining room and two office spaces on a lower floor. All three bathrooms are new. The backyard features a 11 x 12 ft casida/yoga room, a hot tub and a 12 ft outdoor dining table. We have used this house for a lot of our own video shoots, so we are familiar with shoots and crew friendly. Lots of driveway parking available. Great house. Check it out.
