About the Space

IMPORTANT NOTE: Host requires COI before booking the pool. Price may vary depending on the dates and jobs you require. Beautiful, very private pool (not in a neighborhood) on 1 acre lot near Lake Lanier (exit 15 off 400). Surrounded by trees but still sunny most of the day. During spring, summer and fall, gorgeous flowers are everywhere. Pool has 3 ft shallow end and 10 ft deep end with diving board. Water feature makes for peaceful sound. There are 4 cushioned chase lounges and over 8 chairs plus a table that seats 6 (located under a wisteria covered pergola). String lights surround the pool area. Two TVs. Covered area with seating, gas fire pit with 4 chairs. Bathroom is inside the home (owner will be home to allow entrance). Driveway is flat and large to allow many cars to park.
