This is a gorgeous space , large open loft style.Perfect for holding, creating multiple sets ect. Lots of props, furniture , around. There are two rooms to use as sets. Floating walls available. We are a tiny movie and did not have time to scout before hand. Glenn recommended we do that, but we were already filming on Staten Island, and there wasn't time to get to NJ. The OBGYN office we hoped to find , as pictured on the site, ( photo has since been ammended, to more basic set with things to be found there), was instead a room filled with office style tables. Perhaps this was our fault , again- for not scouting.. but it was a scramble to find the OBGYN table they had there, move what was in there out, ect. Beginners mistake. If you are Set Decorating by giggster , best to scout , as Glenn suggested...!!!! So you know what you will find when crew arrives ready to load in. MY FAULT. And glad Glenn changed the photo on the listing. Largely the same, but the other had a few set decorating touches that were not there, but easy to procure. In advance. For hospital birthing room we had rented equipment. Needed specific hospital bed for birthing scene, ect and we knew we would not find it there, as not listed on the site. And Glenn was very helpful with having it dropped off day before, with loading it in, there is a freight elevator, conveyor belt ect. So overall a positive experience, beginners mistake aside...cast and crew loved the enormous space that's light and airy and feels more loft like than warehouse!

Incredible location for a film shoot...on every front! House is just as Gorgeous or even more so than seen in listing. Patty is an absolutely incredible host. Handled multiple date changes with grace and willingness to be flexible, always responding immediately.. as well as being willing to acomidate last minute scouting ...holding area for film crew was immense.. huge converted basement accommodated video village, sound ect and enormous back yard and two large patio ( a third smaller one was not used by us) areas as well were enjoyed by those who wished to step away from the fray...giant garage made it easy to unload equipment through basement door. We had use of the entire house , so make up, hair and changing areas for actors were aplenty, multiple bathrooms... Simply CANNOT recommend highly enough! 🙏🙏🙏🙏, Patty !!!

You can’t possibly have a better experience with a location. Karen was supremely helpful and generously accommodating during our booking process trying to figure out the right times and circumstances that worked for us and our schedule. The on site rep was very sweet snd supportive and present to help us get what everything we needed without hovering or being an imposition (as on site reps usually are). The location itself, goes without saying, is beautiful and rich, you can point the camera literally anywhere and you’ll be fine. 10/10 would book again any chance I get!!

Cannot recommend highly enough!!! The home is as spectacular as pictured. Incredible place for a film ( or photo) shoot. Tons of room for holding , ect indoors and out, and Patty the host/ owner went above and beyond, accommodating multiple date / time changes of booking and scouting with grace and patience...always getting back immediately. Overwhelmed with gratitude and eager for others to know/ have the experience we did!!!!

We had an incredible experience filming at this location! Many extras, an occasional thunderstorm, which warranted interior holding for all was provided in great comfort and with cheerful good will by Erna and her family. The basketball court provided for a set we couldn't have found elsewhere. Can not recommend highly enough!!!
