2 bedroom modern loft style property ( in central London (Zone 1), split over 3 stories with double height ceilings, huge windows and flooded with natural light. This home is set in a paved Mews style cul-de-sac near Kensington High Street.
The ground floor/basement comprises a laundry room and modern en-suite bedroom with sky lights for natural light.
The first floor (street level) has a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with double height ceilings and plenty of natural lighting. An aeriel view of the living room is possible from an impressive mezzanine, which houses an office/make-up/changing area.
Further on from the office is the second ensuite with a floating king size bed, and a balcony overlooking the mews.
Parking is available on the main road (4hrs max stay in any one zone), and all-day parking is available at Saba parking off High Street Kensington (a short walk away). Equipment may be loaded from the main road or on the mews (10-15meters from the from the front double doors).

A lovely modern styled 1930s semi-detached suburban house with rear bi-folding doors within easy access of London and the home counties.
Set just off the A20 main road set on its own parallel side street with an abundance of safe street parking. and only a 10 minute drive to the M25. The drive is one long piece of straight concrete that can fit 2 vans, 3 medium cars or 4 small cars tightly packed. There is also easy access to central London via road and rail, with Mottingham station only a 5 minute walk.
For easy access there is one step up to get into the ground floor of the house through a fairly large door. There is also gated access to the rear garden and decking.
We offer free coffee, tea and biscuits and there is a mesh Wi-Fi network and lots of well placed power outlets.
We have a very lovely dog (A Samoyed if you know your dog breeds) who adores people and is hypoallergenic, but be kept out of the way upstairs if need be.
