Booked a day shoot at this location in summer 2024 for an indie feature film I'm producing. George was very welcoming to our crew. The location looked exactly like the photos and the shutters of the sitting room window can be adjusted accordingly to film with natural light. Interior ambient sound is not an issue in the sitting room, as there are no extractor fans present and refrigerator sounds cannot be heard. Plenty of space behind the sofa which is deal for OTS shots . Would highly recommend.

Of the 20 years I’ve been location filming, Peter was the finest host. He made sure that we had everything we needed, was helpful with parking (2 spaces on the strand! Wow!) and made sure we understood what could and couldn’t be moved around (almost everything).
