About the Space

Our venue is ideal for birthday parties, gatherings, and game nights. It is also perfect for small, intimate events such as matcha-making sessions, art workshops, or karaoke. We can comfortably host up to 30 guests, and the space can be arranged to your liking and reserved entirely for private use. The venue features soundproof walls, its own restroom, and a compact kitchen for added convenience. It also includes soft darts, a convertible table that can be used for pool or table tennis, and large TVs for screen sharing or entertainment purposes. Located directly beneath a matcha café, guests have easy access to delicious matcha, coffee, and Basque cheesecakes, making it simple to enjoy food and drinks during your event. Venue Hire Rates Monday–Thursday (Weekday Rates) Venue Only • → £60/hr ⸻ Friday–Sunday (Weekend Rates) Venue Only • → £75/hr ⸻ Karaoke + PS5 Add-ons * Karaoke: £10 per hour * PS5: £10 per hour * Both Karaoke + PS5: £20 per hour Add-ons are charged for the full booking duration once enabled, whether they are used continuously or intermittently. Example: A 5-hour booking: * Karaoke only = £50 * PS5 only = £50 * Karaoke + PS5 = £100 Why? As add-on access remains available throughout the booking once enabled, and usage cannot practically be limited to selected hours during the event, add-ons are charged based on the full booking duration rather than actual usage time. This helps ensure fair usage, equipment availability, and a smoother booking process for all guests. ⸻ 🧹 Mandatory Cleaning Fee To maintain the venue to a high standard for every guest, all bookings are subject to a mandatory £60 cleaning fee. The cleaning fee covers standard end-of-event cleaning, including: * Rubbish removal * Vacuuming * Surface wiping * Resetting the venue * General cleaning and preparation for the next booking Important Notes: * Your booking time includes setup, decorating, packing up, and vacating the venue. If you require additional time, please arrange this in advance where possible. * The £60 cleaning fee applies to all bookings regardless of group size or event type. * The cleaning fee does not cover damages, spills on equipment/furniture, misuse of items, or excessive mess. * Additional charges may apply if the venue is left in poor condition or if equipment is mishandled. ⸻
