Doug and Andrew were excellent hosts and were extremely quick to communicate and respond to issues. I was very happy to work with them. They were also very open to helping you with your needs for the particular situation so talk to them.
The space:
Beautiful space and has lots of furniture to play around with. It does have a bathroom even if that is not mentioned in the listing. The one annoying part is you can't get into the building with a code, you will be required to physically go down 3 flights to open the downstairs door for each guest. There is a service elevator but you have to walk up a flight of stairs as well walk down a passage to get to it (so keep this in mind if you have to bring a ton of equipment). Other than that, excellent space and would recommend renting again!

I had my baby shower here and I absolutely loved every bit of the event space. It’s 2 acres of land that you can access. Along with other amenities. The owners of the property were so kind and welcoming. They made this Experience Easy to coordinate plans. I highly recommend and I would host another event here.
