This space is everything I need in every state I travel to with my comedy show BACKYARD COMEDY BATTLE. Literally wish I could take the space with me. Carlito was amazing in helped me out in the best way. The pictures doesn’t really do this space justice. You have to see how amazing it is in person. Just book the space!

Sincerely Studios is so great for events! I hosted a painting class and the setting is bright, airy, inspiring and fun! A true creative space, I could see it used for so many different types of events.

We hosted a small team gathering in this private lounge, and were positively impressed with its size and equipment. The team appreciated golf and billiards area, which is separate from the main meeting / dining space. There is a good sound system and a TV if you need music, a kitchenette, a big meeting table and plenty of small spots to relax. We brought a cocktail class in as a team building event, and the high tables and chairs in the lounge turned out to be a perfect fit for this type of activity. We are thinking to come here again with a bigger group. Thanks Keven!

I would recommend Melissa’s house to anyone who is looking for a place to host a party! She has a beautiful house with all the amenities that one requires to host a party. Melissa as person has all the good qualities you would expect from a host. She was polite, considerate, sociable and helpful. As a person she was wonderful to get to know. I highly recommend her property.

This was the perfect location for my daughter’s 1st birthday! Super cute (somehow even cuter than the pictures), clean, easy to find, and overall just the perfect space. It aesthetically couldn’t have worked out any better. In addition, Leah was wonderful to work with! Prompt and clear communication, no surprises. I’d absolutely book again in the future.
