this place is exactly as it's pictured... the vibe is awesome and anna was the best host ever!!! she answered all my questions before I got there... she answered all my questions while i was there... the entire experience from booking to the party was nice and easy... and my sweet 16 and super 17 party went off without a hitch... i love it and i'd definitely recommend this rental...

I had a party here, for 25 people plus a DJ plus tables of food. It was perfect. It was the right amount of room, and the separation into a big area and a smaller office gave people a place to go If they didn’t want to dance. It’s air-conditioned, clean, and Tory is Good To work with.

We had a great experience having a baby shower at this lovely home in their front yard. All of our guests loved the place.
