The rooftop was excellent! We got lucky with the weather in that it wasn’t too hot or overly roasting from the sun. The patio umbrella would have provided a good amount of shade but definitely keep the conditions in mind! Because you are up on the sixth floor there is a good breeze, not a big deal for us but I’m guessing it’s breezy up there most days. One other note, you have to go down two flights of stairs and take the elevator down to the lobby for the only public bathroom. Very small but got the job done! We had a blast and would recommend this for any group looking for a celebratory or photo/video shoot space. Spectacular views of back bay boston skyscrapers!

Awesome loft with great decor! Hosted a Bachelorette Party here and everyone was blown away by the place and the view. The loft comfortably fit a group of 15 people with lots of seating options. Easy check-in and check-out procedure. Would book this spot again.

The owner is wonderful to work with. Overall the location worked for our event. We used the space for a shower and had 30 people attend. It was tight for 30 people. The space comes with a long high top table, barrels, and mini high top tables. The space is very industrial and is also used for storage. Would recommend seeing the space in person before booking for an event.

This is a great and versatile space for hosting basically any event you can think of. I hosted a birthday party here and it was perfect. I had 25-30 guests and they fit great. The place came with a speaker that had fun lights on it, a ledge that allowed me to set up all my snacks and drinks and enough space for my guests to dance and hangout. Its located in an industrial area so there was no worrying about being loud. The host is extremely chill and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place and will defiantly book again for my future events.

If you're on the edge of booking this venue - DO IT! Chris was the best host, extremely responsive and helpful upon check-in/out.
