About the Space

This vintage, vibey juke joint a one-of-a-kind live music venue / full-line liquor bar / record store space that has a massive patio, a detached, air-conditioned garage, and an ambiance that is dive-y, yet fully functional and comfortable for everyone. The wood paneling walls, checkerboard floors, and red faux-leather booths are reminiscent of an iconic '70s Midwestern Roadhouse, but the vibe is more Twin Peaks than Blues Brothers.

    INCREDIBLE space. Lance and his team were incredibly accommodating and worked with us through a difficult weekend of logistics (rain causing power outages all across LA...). Highly recommend this space. Aesthetically also couldn't ask for a better location.

    Not only is this just an incredibly cool space, but the host and managers are awesome. We shot an intimate dialogue scene here for an indie feature, and used the location for more of a late-night diner vibe and it was perfect. It has great versatility to play for that or a bar or whatever you can reasonably imagine. And access was super-easy... plus, the onsite manager was incredibly responsive. Plus, now that I've discovered it for shooting, I will definitely come back just to hang there on an off night. It's THAT kind of space -- hip, vibey, versatile.
