About the Space

Our space offers a luxurious & trendy 3800 sqft. space in the heart of downtown just steps away from CTV, designed for all types of creative work and events. Barber chairs, stations, mirrors and anything else you’d like removed from the space for your event will be done by our team before your event starts. The space comes with a selection of carefully curated furniture pieces to create a warm and cozy mood in a luxury space. Suitable for all kinds of uses – birthday parties, engagements, photoshoots, yoga, podcasts, music videos, wedding parties etc. Space Features: •Ample natural light •12’ high ceilings •Free high-speed WiFi •Bluetooth speaker connection •Air conditioning / heating •Additional props (i.e. accent chairs, plants etc.) •Full length mirrors •Full kitchen •100” TV •Private bathrooms •Proximity to many shops, food and hair/beauty services OVERTIME Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Giggster. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke.

    Really incredible place. We held a birthday party and showed one of the guest of honour's favorite movies, and served a bunch of drinks and snacks and it was just perfect for this. The TV is huge and easy to use, the kitchen has so much counter space and a big fridge, and because the space is so large, anyone who still wanted to chat without disturbing those who were watching the movie could find a quiet little corner to do so. The hosts were excellent, too, immediately responsive to even the smallest concerns. I definitely felt like they were in our corner, helping make sure the night went off without a hitch!

    Literally can’t express how much I loved booking this space. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Truly one of the most aesthetic spaces I’ve ever seen in the GTA. All my guests raved about the place and Andy made it so easy to book and plan! Highly, highly recommend booking with Miruna and Andy, you won’t be disappointed!!!🥰

    Had an amazing experience with miruna and this space, I would highly recommend booking with them. Firstly the space. It was incredibly spacious and nicely furnished for socializing. The kitchen island is massive and we had over 15 people comfortably around hanging out just at that spot. Has a fridge, microwave, and stove+oven. There is a minor inconvenience with the bathroom setup but when I was speaking to the owners they made it as accommodating as possible and I heard that it might be changing for the better soon, so I classify it as a non issue. The included TV and sound system + WiFi are all very appreciated in party planning. I will say this space is not handicap friendly as it's located on the third floor with only stair access. Secondly the owner(s). Miruna and Andy were some of the best people I've ever booked had the pleasure of booking a space with. They were very considerate, welcoming, and really went above and beyond. They let me see the space early to gauge what I would need to bring for my party, communication was quick and easy, and they really handled my time with respect. Long story short after I booked another, very large group, requested the space as well. After conversing with them and the owners we settled on a plan that they would come the same day, just earlier. Miruna and Andy made sure that the space was cleared of people (over 150 btw) and was spotless when It was time for my booking! I didn't even see a trace of the other party being there! All in all, I can't recommend booking with them enough!

    The space was spacious, and the team was nice enough to accommodate us setting up a little earlier than expected which I'm absolutely grateful for! The location is very optimal as well, there's an LCBO and Shoppers close by.
