About the Space
Our Pool with Rock waterfall is the perfect spot for family and friends with our stunning pool in a lovely neighborhood! Featuring a rock waterfall where everyone, including pets, can jump into the deep end, this pool is all about fun. We provide rafts, pool volleyball, basketball, and a variety of pool balls, including kid-friendly squishy balls for Dodge Ball. A new Hot Tub has been recently added that seats 6, has a lounger, LED lighting and Bluetooth Speakers. At night a view of the Strip and Sphere can be seen from a platform I call a "Perch" where you can also watch a beautiful sunset. Enjoy grilling with our barbecue pit and grill, and relax on cushioned lounge chairs under a shaded patio. There’s ample outdoor seating, with a picnic table as well as a ping pong table for your entertainment. Towels, rafts, a pool basketball float and A Blue Tooth Speaker are provided. You also have access to the Bathroom, Kitchen and Living Room with a pool table and a large TV. Privacy is guaranteed. Come play in paradise and make lasting memories! *Please note that all set up and clean up must be within the hours booked for insurance purposes. *Also cameras are installed at the pool for security purposes, however can be shut down on guest request. All is available for Recreation, Events and Photo Shoots/Film Shoots.

The service was 2 stars because the house was very, very dirty, there was dog urine all over the bathroom, it smelled a lot like dog and there was dog hair even in the kitchen, the pool was very clean but there was one detail, a rock was in bad condition and she never told us that they couldn't go up on that side and the owner of the house was inside the house the whole time at the end of my rental she came out very rude and yelled at the children very badly, she should have approached an adult and let us know that that part of the rock was in bad condition. I will leave photos of how dirty the house was and after we left we left it cleaner than it was at the beginning, I am very sorry that I paid for a service blindly. I never imagined that the house would be in bad condition

Julie was very nice but it was not my understanding that she would be staying at the residence during the event. In addition to 5 dogs the she was dog sitting and barking the entire time. Making that tidbit known before hand would of been helpful. Other than that the event was fine.

The house was so dirty. Dog pee on the floor in the kitchen. Dog hair all in the bathroom. Walls and doors were black from dirt. Window seals and baseboards dirty. The kitchen sink didn’t have hand soap and the sponge was so old and used up. The stove top was filthy filthy. Grease and old food coming down the front where the knobs are. I would never have friends over with my kitchen in the condition it was in, let alone rent the space to someone. The fridge was dirty inside and out and full we couldn’t barely put anything in there. There is no handle on the freezer door. We had ice cream we needed to store and it barely fit. The pool table was covered in dog hair and dirt. A pool table cover might be a good idea to keep it clean and untouched if not needed for the event. We had to clean the grill before we could use it. And the counters on the grill were dirty and had the grill utensils just stacked there so there wasn’t much room or counter space for my plate of burgers I needed to grill. The patio furniture outside had stains and dog hair on it. I didn’t sit down on it the whole time I was there, but my guest had to. The artificial grass had left over dog poop on it. I have a dog and artificial grass too and I know it can be cleaned with a scrub brush and water and/or a leaf blower and rake. I planned a baby shower pool party at this location and I couldn’t do the games in the grass location because I didn’t want people to have to walk in that. The pool was good I liked the umbrella and furniture on the pools edge as I was kinda grossed out to sit anywhere else. We arrived 5-10 minutes early just to be ready. we planned for 1hr to decorate and grill before the guest would arrived. Julie saw or heard us trying to figure out how we would access the location and was like, I still have 5 minutes before our booked time. But then once we entered proceeded to want to walk me around and talk to me for 15 minutes before I could even get started doing what I needed to do. She also stayed on the premises the whole time and came out 3 times during our rented hours. There are cameras everywhere- she was watching us. When I was walked around when I arrived I was advised there was an issue with flies. But by golly it was bad. Flies everywhere on the ceiling on the counters on the food. And there is a net in the door to try to keep them out but it’s so tight and you have to use both hands to close it each time. I’m trying to carry out burgers with one hand to the grill, so it was very difficult to work with.

Had such a great time celebrating my son’s birthday . Jullie was amazing . The house had everything we needed . We felt like we were home which made our celebration more enjoyable. The home has plenty of games . From pool table to ping pong table. We used the jacuzzi and pool had a beautiful lighting that made the night look fabulous . We were able to use the fire pit to end our night . Thank you Jullie 🫶🏻

I had a birthday party here and Julie’s place is absolutely phenomenal! Everything was clean at the start of the event, including the pool! Pool looked absolutely amazing, and she even had numerous floatable rafts we could use. She also let us use a ping pong table set up in the backyard and the pool table inside , which was fun as well! There is also a little porch set up in the backyard where you can see the strip which everyone seemed to like and relax on. To top it off, Julie was very accommodating throughout and always made sure we were doing okay! If you’re looking to book this place, don’t hesitate! Would definitely book here again for a future event. Thank you again!

Julie is a fantastic host! She has music, games, is so kind and helpful, and we had a wonderful time. I had a gaggle of elementary age kiddos for my daughter's birthday, and she was able to accommodate the pinata, games and lots of little swimmers with pool toys also! Her waterfall is amazing. It was my daughter's favorite birthday to date.
