WHO IS PERMITTED: Only those who are registered guests are allowed on the premises unless approved in advance. WE DO NOT PERMIT : 1. Candles or any open flames of any kind. 2. Decorating details must be approved in advance. 3. No glitter, rose peddles or anything requiring thumb tacts or tape. 4. Parking in grass. Plenty of parking across the street. 5. Relocating furniture or fixtures. 7. Smoking of any kind indoors. $250 fine! 8 A deposit may be required depending on usage. SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside, but you may smoke on the front patio or in the garage area. Please dispose of all cigarette butts responsibly. If smoking of any kind is detected inside the loft, you will lose $250 of your security deposit. 24 HOUR SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS: We have cameras located on the “EXTERIOR” of this listing for the protection of our guests
