Our natural light and airy Ranch Style home is perfect for retreats, corporate or personal events, commercial production and is designed for indoor/outdoor living. The property is 6 acres of lush gardens, with two houses, The Ranch House which is 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms, and The Vineyard Cottage with 1 King bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen and both include heat/air conditioning, a private heated pool, 8 person hot tub, Balinese furniture, porch swing, trampoline, full sized bocce court, gaming console with old school games like Donkey Kong and Pac Man, darts, pool, ping pong table, corn hole, poker table, 65 inch Smart TV's in every room, and working fireplaces in both houses. We booked the Zegarra Estate for a photoshoot last minute after another space had left us hanging and couldn't have been happier with that accidental turn of events. Vanessa is a wonderful host and we were able to have a call with her prior to the shoot to go over our needs and what she had available we could use. The grounds and home are beautiful. We could have stayed and shot for days and still found new spaces to capture! Thank you so much! We would definitely recommend this location.
