Our space is perfect for your next special/private events, video or photo shoot as it has a cozy and beautiful interior that would best fit your projects for TV commercials, music videos, social media content, and a lot more. Always inquire to the host about the availability of the space. Please note that pricing is just a base starting rate and is subject to change depending on what type of events, production/activity you will be doing, or day of the week, the season of the year, etc. Always inquire with the host for custom rates or other accurate pricing details. *The published rate is just starting base rate from Sun - Thur, and is subject to change depending on the time of year. *Fri - Sat starting base rate is $2265 per hour and is subject to change depending on the time of year. Max capacity inside is 100 per fire marshal; we have ~150 seats including bar and both patios, with total capacity in good weather being ~225.
