Built for heavy-hitting productions and massive events, the venue holds a 650-person capacity and features one of the only KV2 Audio rigs in the country. This is a Czech-engineered sound that delivers pure, high-fidelity power you can actually feel—a absolute dream for DJs. The layout is fully flexible with three massive covered zones, a private rooftop for the inner circle, and a dedicated outdoor patio built for food truck takeovers. For the creators, we’ve stacked the deck with a pro-grade podcast suite, a screening room for playback, and a designer kitchen for catering, VIP's or crew. With a "no permits needed" policy, this is the rare Miami spot where the music is never an issue and the privacy is absolute.
