About the Space

Main home is Log cabin interior with brick exterior house but only modern downstairs apt and outdoors is available. All on 32 acre farm made up of 3 separate pastures and a beautiful wooded area (16 acres) with a wet weather creek flowing through creating a marshy area with frogs croaking in the summer. Rustic pole barn with paddocks and 6 stalls for goats and horses. We have a chicken/duck/guinea pen, attached to our loofa and gourd garden. Friendly horses, goats, chickens and ducks roaming around. Torn up green house currently on property. Fallen trees throughout the wooded area. Easy access to entire property with a truck, tractor or one 4 wheeler that can be rented separately. Wooded area has paths throughout that can be used for access.

Fantastic location with so many unique looks. We primarily utilized the barn and the woods, which worked perfectly for our narrative-style shoot. Veronique gave us a tour of all the best spots before our shoot day and facilitated an add-on rental of their already on-site 4-wheeler and farm truck that we used for transporting gear and talent between setups. Unless you're not using any lights, I recommend bringing a generator to handle your power needs, which was super easy to transport between setups with the rental of the location truck!
