About the Space

This location is a fully functioning and operational marina and boat yard. We have mechanical, paint and boat work space areas. Our space offer industrial equipment shops for wood and metal and marina docks with boats. We also offer a boat house on the water access as office space. We are the last marina before exciting the harbor, very convenient for navigating out into the open ocean.
