The location was perfect for the repast after my aunt’s funeral services. Sean was an excellent host and was accommodating throughout the entire process. My guest were set-up in the backyard with catered food and music, with access to the entire house. Parking permits were available with plenty of available parking in front and within close proximity of the house. Everything was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this location. A beautifully-vintage 1200 square foot mid-century modern bungalow with botanical, boho, and rustic influence. The natural light in every room and the encompassing original red oak wood floor truly make the chic and eclectic vibes shine through. Fully furnished throughout, including a spacious living room (complete with a brick fireplace and wooden mantel) leading into a large garden kitchen featuring a cafe-style dining set, peninsula shaped bar, a 50-bottle wine fridge (with convenient on/off switch for audio), and a timeless subway tile backsplash with black grout. The vibrant master bedroom holds a king-size bed surrounded by gorgeous daylight provided by a side window and a large centered bay window. A guest room sits nicely mid-home, perfect for wardrobe/hair & makeup (clothing rack/steamer included). The third bedroom is a calming, bohemian-inspired yoga den, perfectly designed for holding talent while providing them a relaxing, luxurious experience. This room contains a comfortable wicker rattan daybed and a wonderful view of the surrounding flora and backyard market lights. Situated on a large 8000 sq. foot lot, the space is accompanied by a front yard featuring a cozy porch, numerous plants indigenous to the region, and a large pecan tree. Also, a charming backyard consisted of numerous grassy and concrete areas (perfect for PPE, crafty, catering, gear), a hot tub, market lights, and 3 massive trees for shade in the far back of the property. There are two sinks (one in the kitchen, the other in the bathroom), one shower/tub, three entrances/exits (front entrance is a rustic split Dutch door), and working outlets throughout the space (including multiple outdoor outlets). Added aesthetics include: a plethora of live plants throughout the interior, stainless steel LG appliances, maple cabinets with matte black hardware, and open - raw wood - shelving. Added electrical features include: A 200 amp service on 15 and 20 amp circuits, an abundance of practical light and Phillips hue full color bulbs, and a well-labeled, easily-accessible circuit breaker. All appliances, dishware, etc. are available for use at no extra cost. A driveway that pulls through the side yard all the way into the back makes loading and unloading equipment a breeze. Sprinter vans fit beautifully in the front driveway, and gear can be moved behind the home’s gate fence for added security/privacy. Located in West LA, conveniently off the 405, minutes from the beach and LAX - although air-traffic noise is virtually non-existent within the space. Large crews that need a dedicated base camp or parking lot can contact and coordinate with the church on our street that is only 500 ft away from our house. They have a ~ 60 car parking lot.
