The House: A beautiful and modern 3 level detached house (including a finished basement). The house has clean lines throughout, with thoughtful and stylish modern and neutral decor. The home has a Nest thermostat and includes keyless entry and self check in as well as voice activated speakers (Alexa). Living/Dining Room 1: Beautiful CB2 sectional lounge couch with a Samsung Frame Smart TV 55" and tasteful herringbone floor throughout. Beautiful, large Crate and Barrel dining table, seats up to 12 (with additional chairs added). Living/Dining Room 2: Beautiful Crate and Barrel sectional couch with a 65" Samsung Smart TV. Cute breakfast style nook, seats 4. Bar stools seat 3. Chef's Kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs, including a wide array of spices as well as teas and a Keurig Coffee machine. Includes a 5 burner gas stovetop as well as convection oven. Microwave and dishwasher are both seamlessly integrated in the kitchen. There is also a pull out drawer for recycling and garbage. All drawers are soft close. Backyard: Fenced backyard that includes a small patio with a gas BBQ and a stone patio on ground level. Some soccer/hockey equipment available for kids. Parking: Space for two cars, street permit parking can be purchased as well (I can help you with this process). There is also a nearby parking lot that you can use.
