About the Space

Welcome to my waterfront sanctuary with private dock, located in beautiful Deep Cove. This place is truly a gem of BC, surrounded by nature but only a 20 minute drive to downtown Vancouver. Take in the sight of unobstructed ocean views, enjoy meals watching loons and eagles fly about, heat up in the sauna and enjoy a cold plunge, kayak from your own private dock, or take a 20 minute stroll through the forest to eat Vancouver's best doughnuts. The space The home has 3 stories, all with private balconies and beautiful, unobstructed ocean views. The Upstairs has 3 bedrooms: The Master (King) bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private balcony. Two guest rooms (one King and one Queen) which share an ensuite Jack & Jill bathroom with soaker tub. The Main floor has an expansive open kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, powder room, 5th bedroom (full sized adult bunk beds), and small office/children's playroom equipped with various books and toys. There is a beautiful balcony on this floor with outdoor dining for 8, as well as a daybed perfect for two or three to snuggle up and enjoy a morning beverage or evening glass of wine. The downstairs is beautiful and minimal studio: Perfect for photography, yoga/workout studio with a queen Murphy bed and full bathroom. It opens up to a large terrace with a bar, couches, fireplace, and outdoor shower perfect for rinsing after a sauna, cold dip, or swim. Yoga mats and a rack of dumbbells are provided.
