About the Space

This is the place for you. Our home offers a zen ambiance that creates calm & peace in the middle of a hectic life. We designed our home to welcome one and all. It offers an open floor plan that allows friends and family to mix and mingle with one another easily. This is indoor/outdoor living at it's best. There are plenty of comfortable seating areas that are each different, but serve a multitude of purposes from group work, dining, relaxing to spaces perfect for deep conversations. We planned the space for retreats, parties and get togethers. We even installed a party ball that can be turned on with a simple light switch! There is a full kitchen outside as well equipped with an industrial size grill, a large griddle, a double burner, a fridge, 2 warming drawers and even a dutch oven station! The fire pit offers an amazingly tranquil space to connect with one another and the double hammocks in the back woods allows even the most stressed out individual an opportunity to relax! The design of the space can comfortably accommodate between 2 - 12 people. Each of the four bedrooms offers sleeping arrangements to accommodate 2-4 people, plus a pull out queen sofa bed with foam mattress and a modular couch. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are equipped with 50" tv's and the master has a jacuzzi size tub. Both the indoor and outdoor dining tables can also accommodate 12 - 14 people as well. Whether you are in Atlanta for filming or pleasure, our house will suck you in and make you feel right at home. We are amenable to crews moving furniture and creating the space to fit your needs. Our only request is that furniture is lifted during moves so the floor does not get scratched and that everything is put back in it's original place before you leave. Since we have 2 young children, at this time, we do not allow any "adult" films to be shot here or the use of strippers or stripper poles to be at the house. For use of the library and home office, you must receive prior approval to film there. Please note, this is our full time home when we do not rent it out, so it is lived in and contains our personal affects. Prior to each rental, the home and linens are professionally cleaned.
