Our studio is equipped with everything you need to bring your creative vision to life. Book your rental today and let your creativity soar. Our vintage warehouse is located about 7 miles from Downtown LA. For over 20 years, we have been home to renowned artists and are dedicated to motivating and supporting local creatives. Our studio rentals cater to all types of artists. We offer gated off street parking, A/C & heat, outdoor sitting area, half bath and Sonos sound.
